I need help getting my 9 month old to sleep through the night.?

My daughter has a hard time going to sleep with out a bottle. (getting her to sleep isn't the problem it's when she wakes up at the middle of the night.) She still doesn't sleep through the night. I have tried everything I know how to do but nothing is working. We've fed her more like the pedi said and let her cry it out. She won't let me rock her. She doesn't have any comfort items. No pacifier, blanket, or stuffed animal. The only thing she likes to go back to sleep with is a bottle. I know she can sleep 10-12 hours because she used to and does once in a while. I know she doesn't need a bottle 2 hours after she goes to bed. I'll take any advice!
