Sally Field Movie?

It was on Lifetime or another woman's channel a while back and I am fairly certain it was Ms. Field. She had gone through a divorce and getting her life in order when she is hiking with a friend and falls over a cliff, breakiing a leg. She then goes on and gets a job in a hotel working in the banquet department.while on crutches. Any help is appreciated.
