Do you think the food I had in the trunk of my car, on ice, is safe to eat still?

I had bao in my trunk, it was frozen when i put it in there, but i had to make a 4~5 hour drive, so I just put a bag of ice between two bags of bao, and when i got to my house they were still cold, but obviously thawed, so i immediately put them in the freezer, do you think they are safe now?
