HELP! i can feel a coin through my skin?

Ok about 5 years ago i swallowed a 2 doller coin and my mum thought it had gone out the backside but i never told her that it didn't. Recently i felt this circle lump and i could put my fingers behind it and i can feel it and i am 99% sure it is the coin! i don't want to tell my mum because 1. She will freak 2. it is near my privates and they will have to operate on me and i might have no undies on. 3. It will leave a scar. Plus it doesn't hurt. But is this bad though am i going to die??!!!
