A family divided and we need help?

my granny put together a big picnic/family reunion had family coming from everywhere then my crack head cousin lives with my granny and he stole 200 out of her purse this is not the first time he has done it the family is so mad because she will not put him out i dont know if she is scared of him or just feel sorry for him but anyway my granny cancelled the picnic and aint nobody speaking.....what can i do to get my faimly back together its been like this for a while now and it saddens me that a family can be this way toward eachother
